Do You Need A Little Help With Google Ads?

Google Ads are one of the quickest ways to drive new traffic and customers to your website. It can also quickly empty your wallet with nothing to show for it if you don’t know what you’re doing. Even if set up correctly out of the gate, a small business that “sets and forgets” their account will soon find their costs rise and leads dwindle as competitors outpace them with the latest technologies.

To get help, business owners can try expensive DIY tools that still require a lot of learning and effort, or pay big fees to an agency that in most cases is overkill for what most small businesses need.

We’ve been working with Google Ads since the platform’s earliest days and we have designed a Google Ads management service designed specifically for small businesses. By leveraging our expertise, industry vertical know-how, and our Google Partner Ad account, we can set you up with sophisticated and affordable ad campaigns tailored to your business that we will keep up to date over time.

While we also offer support for other ad platforms, we tend to prefer working with Google for a variety of reasons. But if you have specific needs, just let us know!

Let Our Experts Manage Your Ads

Do you really have the time and interest to learn all about everything below? Our professionally-managed Google Ad campaigns can take all of this off your plate. We currently charge a management fee of 20% of your campaign budget with a $200/mo minimum fee.

Quality Score Review

A major component of a successful Google Ads campaign is the Quality Score of your keywords. We’ll regularly review your account and pursue opportunities for improvement.

Optimization Strategies

Google often makes automated suggestions but it's critical to carefully review to ensure alignment with your business objectives

Optimized Bidding Strategies

Which bidding strategy to pursue has everything to do with your goals and timing. We’ll periodically vary your bidding strategies if warranted to make sure they best reflect your needs.

Up-to-Date Technology

When a new ad type, extension, or strategy is unveiled, we’ll make sure you’re taking advantage as an early adopter so your ads remain competitive and maximize your budget.

Headline Testing

We routinely evaluate your ads to determine which headlines and descriptions are performing well and which could use improvement. This helps ensure you stay ahead of the competition— literally and figuratively!

Negative Keyword Review

We’ll regularly review what people searched for when your ad was triggered and block keywords that lead to irrelevant clicks and wasted dollars.

Professional Ad Copy

Customers know spam when they see it, so rather than try and “keyword stuff” your ads, we employ professional and natural copywriting to improve your Google AdRank and get more clicks.

Preferred Network Selection

Deciding which Google Ad networks to run your ads on based on cost-benefit analyses can get confusing. Let our pros help you make the calls and handle the setup based on your goals.

Narrow Geo-Targeting

However large your service area, we’ll narrowly target your ads to focus on your ideal customers in order to improve your advantage over competitors.

Advanced Conversion Tracking

We make sure conversion goals are set up on your website and imported into Google Ads. That’s a fancy way of saying we optimize for customers, not traffic.

Accessible Reporting

Rather than “data dumping” onto your already full desk and calling it a day, we deliver streamlined reports with just the information you care about along with helpful context and any recommendations.

High-Quality Ads

Our ads take into account all of the latest available options like structured snippets and callouts to build bigger and better quality ads that dominate top real estate in search engines.

A/B Ad Variation Testing

We don’t just create ads, we’ll even periodically run split A/B tests of ad variations to see what minor changes lead to lower costs and higher profits.

Pro Keyword Planning

Discovering which keywords to target using what match modifiers in what ad groups can be overwhelming. We’ll handle keyword planning for you!

Start This Service With A PRO Module

While our Paid Search Management service does not require an ongoing PRO Module plan, we typically will require at least one campaign setup module to get you started.

Google Campaign Setup

A setup module is required anytime you would like to build a new campaign. This typically covers a few ad groups and ads for your target keywords, but larger accounts may require additional scope adjustments.

Don’t forget, our PRO Module plan is incredibly flexible. You can scale up/down and even switch functional areas at any time.

FAQs

General

Is there a long-term contract?

Nope. We're month-to-month around here. You can change your service plan at any time before the next invoicing period begins.

What is the pricing for these services?

We currently charge a management fee of 20% of your campaign budget with a $200/mo minimum fee.

For some industries we also have a "hosted" campaign option that is only 15% of your campaign budget. Since these ads are run under our in-house account, maintenance does not require as much ongoing effort on our end so we are able to pass some savings onto clients. However, please keep in mind that clients do not have access to hosted campaigns and that data cannot be exported. So if you will require full access to your ad campaigns, then the hosted option won't be a good move.

Accounts & Billing

Can we pay for Ad Management with a credit card?

Yes! We will structure your account so that fees from Google will be directly linked to your credit card. Our management fee will be invoiced separately, but that too may be linked to your credit card.

For payments over $2,000 we do require a 3% processing fee for credit card payments. We also happily accept check payments.

Payments for ad management services will be charged at the end of each service period.

What is your refund policy?

We'll always work to earn your business, and will work with you if you ever decide it's not working out. But please understand that we do not offer refunds.

Scope

What happens if we need extra help during a service period?

If extra work would be needed beyond the scope of your service plan, we will either provide you with an estimate for the extra work order or help coordinate with a third party vendor of your choice. You will always be given advance notice of any out-of-scope work requests. We don’t believe in surprise invoices.

Expectations

Will this make my website #1 in Google?

Being able to guarantee top results for any website, regardless of merit or budget, would be a superpower we would really like to have. But we don't. If we did, let's be real, we'd probably be Bezos-rich after a few years of work and call it a day.

Having a better website and regular professional marketing efforts will most likely help your search engine rankings, but there are a LOT of factors that influence your website’s search rankings and there will likely be several ranking elements that are beyond the scope of this service.

Remember, search engines are inherently competitive. Even if you're doing everything right your competition might also be stepping up their game. Just like staying on top in your industry in the real world, it takes work to do the same in the virtual world and there are unfortunately no guarantees. Anyone that tells you otherwise is either out to take you for a ride, or is into some dark magic that will be the end of us all.
